Littles Remember Grandma

Hi everybody this is red and I am five. I am putting stuff in my roomwhere I can go and be safe and I’m going to put in there my Grandma and her farm.

It takes a long long time to get to grandma’s
Farm because she lives way up in northern Maine, where there aren’t so many roads.

Grandma has a wonderful farm. It’s not too far to Jncle Dick’s farm. He let’s us drive his plane and we have our own horse there that’s just for us when we come.

Grandma’s farm is very different. I get up at 4 in the morning to help Pete milk the cows which is very very fun. The barncats hang around with their mouths wide open and you can shoot milk at them it is all so funny. Hah, silly barncats.

If we go to Grandma’s farm in the spring there are always baby kittens in the haymow and that is very fun. And baby horses and cows and pigs and sheep and chickens in the incubator. You have to be very careful when you take the chicken’s eggs from them or they will bite you and that really hurts.

I can go fishing in the creeks with Pete or uncle Dick. We go way, way out in the sods and we walk down the stream
And catch these funny little trouts. Sometimes the trouts are too small and we throw them back but mostly we kep them then ome home and clean them then cook them for supper and is it good.

Grandma let’s us help making bread and butter and whatever else I want to cook. She wants me to go to a
SpeciL school in New Hampshire not far away from her. Where the other kids wouldn’t be so dumb and in a few years I can go to Dartmouth. Pete is the richest man in northern Maine and he can get anything done. But mommy says no to megoing to a better school so that is that.

I want to stay with Grandma. She fells me a story and she rocks me to sleep every night and that helps keep the nightmares away.

Grandma knows that mommy is mean and bad and I don’t
Know why I can’t live with her to be safer because jncle Norman wouldn’t dare come here. Pete would shoot him off his land.

I could do alot to help. I know all about land management And crop rotations and how to help a breech birth of a baby cow. I could be helpful there is alot that I could do.

But I guess that even though Grandma says she loves me she doesn’t really. Or else we would be there with her and I would be safer. Nobody really cares but Grandma
Comes closest. The End.
